So now there can be no question

Vettel will become the youngest double world champ ever in Japan next round

Well he was the youngest ever champion last year, so logically winning again this year means that he's younger than any other multi-champion, since it's not possible to win the championship twice in one calendar year.

unnecessary??

while on the obvious...yay he won again.........average race, and HAAA @ hamo......

I have to say Button again was impressive. His turn of speed in the end, the way he pulls together a race weekend! Credit to the guy, and Hamo nowhere near him in the points as he again puts the car where it shouldnt be.

Luizzi had a problem, but Dans pace was generally better during the race...which is a good sign he is improving and handling the faster traffic better then he did his first few GPs

I also get a feeling that Mark's eyesight may not be that great, or a problem re night races. He doesnt seem to struggle in the wet/dark...but seems to struggle in Singapore. Will be interesting to see how he goes in India

There were post-race fireworks between Felipe Massa and Lewis Hamilton in Singapore after the Brazilian reportedly shoved the McLaren driver in the TV scrum.

Massa and Hamilton are not the best of friends after several on-track incidents this season, but their tiff went up a few notches in Singapore after they were involved in incidents both during qualifying and the race.

lol

oh no, maasa is coming to get me

I think if he got angry enough, Massa would f**k kunts up.

Lol at Hamilton's blackbelt, they only thing he has a blackbelt in is acting like a douche !

Massa would just get some Brazillian Druglord to f**k him up

Hamilton isn't exactly Mike Tyson... I know who my money would be on!

for sure, they are all built like little elves and could not fight a 10 year old girl but in hammo v massa my money is on massa. plus at least if he can't fight he'll no doubt have 20 brazillian mates to help him stomp hammo out... look out pretty boy, massa is coming for joo!

So getting back Heir Hackness. Maybe I am over stating the significance, but his longest run of points finishes without binning cars and crashing etc was the first 9 races of 2007! His best run of consistant, solid race results was his first ever, 9 F1 races.

To me that says his head was in the right place when he first came into F1. He was focused and most importantly disciplined and as a rookie, no doubt concerned about his arrival and impact in the sport...showed amazing maturity to be so fast and consistant.

Then, he seems to have figured he has proven his point, his discipline disappears and the real, show boat Lewis who is a tad petulant and hot headed turns up to GP weekends, who way too often throws away points for Mclaren...yet still wants to be thought of as one of the best in F1.

Sure, he may be one of the quickest most natural drivers in F1, but results speak volumes and he has thrown away so many points...he needs to get his sh1t together if he doesnt want to go down as a lucky 1 time WDC who in his time was left for dead by the likes of Vettel, Alonso and some of the young punters who are coming up through the ranks

hamilton has been throwing away points for years. remember 08/09 and how many bad calls he made. including one to stay out on shagged tyres so long that he binned it into the sand trap at the pit entry?

his conduct tonight was typical hamilton bullsh1t. not even half a chance of a pass and he sticks it into massa compeltely fking both their races. nice work melon head.

    • It's something we all have to consider as time marches on. Also consider lifted rally MX5 conversion at that point.
    • I should be fine for a few more years, whilst I do have arthritis I also exercise and do mobility training every day to keep as fit and healthy as I can, military life, which is the actual cause of most of my joint issues, has set daily regimes, which I weirdly enjoy I also train alot smarter now, not really focusing on lots strength or puffy muscles, I'm more focused on maintaining what I have for my future older self, I actually train as much mobility now as I do exercising Check out this "simple" drill I have been doing daily prior to training now for a while now, this has worked wonders in my all round mobility
    • I'd say one thing that may make you sell is the same reason the guy with the hard top roof sold his. He got old, and his back was giving him too much grief stopping him getting in and out... Old guy said he was 73! He looked and sounded younger than 73 to me! Or maybe I'm just aligning with old people more...
    • Already looked at a few prior to getting the MX5, really nice car, had all the mod cons, but I wasn't really sold on the new "look" I did miss my 2017 Limited, and I personally prefer the "look" of the older car over the new model, but, when pondering I kept going back looking at MX5's But it was same same for the new ND's, I wasn't sold on the new "look", especially the RF with its weird roof, which only half goes down, like a targa top sort of thing As I stated before, I did look at NC's, but the cars I looked at were PRHT's, but I didn't like their roof line "look" of the PRHT, until I saw the soft top version, (someone on SAU posted a for sale ad for one with a soft top that caught my attention, you can blame them for my choice.....🤣) and.... that old style detachable hard tops were available for them, which keeps the old MX5 more smoother flowing roof line, and the more rounded body style, similar to the NA-NB, to me, the arse end of the ND looks to "modern" Much like how I prefer the NC1 front bar, over the later models How long will I keep this car for is unknown, but currently, there's nothing else out there that "floats my boat" for a small, fun, little "sports car", that I can play with and enjoy looking at and driving But, who knows what the future holds, and going off current new car styling, if I replace it, it will be a older model something something
