yeah with injectors out it should be anywhere from $15 each to $25 each max. I'd say around $100-$120 for a set of 6 is about average. definitely don't pay $40 per injector. a brand new injector is only $100-$150 each these days. $240 just for 6 injectors to be cleaned and flowed is drug money. $100 should cover it. there are heaps of places that have a fuel injector flowing machine and an ultrasonic bath. most workshops have one these days but failing that any "EFI specialist" will do it. can get as low as $60 for a set of 6 injectors if you're really hunting to save a few bucks but $100 is more the norm.
