Hi. To whom may concern......

I'm a custom of gumtree that bought a nissan skyline R33 1995 s1 with a s2 front end body from a Barbara and Bobby that was false ID and fraud people that pinch people cash...have no consideration that I bought the car from them for my son that has an illness of short time life. The number plate is ZR.38.AM, colour of vehicle is yellow. They also had Ebay financial agent working with them name Alexander Wade at 215 little collins street Melbourne vic 3000 AUSTRALIA. Also Barbara & Bobby address is 23 Charles street, Cooktown 4871 QLD AUSTRALIA.. Custom paid money for the car at post office and the workers sent it to western union money transfer.. To everyone out their to not trust internet unless u truly know them from your heart because I've been scammed big time.so plz.. if you see this car plz call or text me on 0401717703 thanks to all take will help

WTF.. you were planning on picking the car up from them right? Then why did you send the money (with Western Union also) if you could just hand them the money upon pick up of the car?

Internets are not a bad place unless you're f**king stupid and deserve it..

ps. Car looks like arse anyway

thats so harsh lolz.

but its true, i never send cash to flamin mongrels anywhere unless they are an sau trusted trader or someone huge like nengun +they have paypal so its sorta secure

Mate, "23 Charles St Cooktown QLD 4871" doesnt even exist, and "215 Little collins street Melbourne Vic 3000 AUSTRALIA" is the Victoria Hotel in the middle of Melbourne city.

Why would you buy a NSW registered car from someone in Qld when you live in SA and not do a simple check to see if this was all legitimate. It took me less than 60 seconds to check this.

I bet you you did everything via email and never spoke to them once. And the price was like $3 or $4,000? And they offered you a money back guarantee if you didnt like the car when they sent it to you?

Car isn't even owned by them and pics are probably from an old for sale ad from elsewhere.

I feel sorry for you. You fell for this common scam (especially on Gumtree) hook, line and sinker.

Sure it's harsh mate but you can't just go around trusting people willy nilly.. Western Union bank transfer just screams scam to me..It's used all the time in scams.. Who pays for a car without seeing it in person or anything..

QUOTE "Western Union advises its customers not to send money to someone that they have never met in person. Despite its efforts in increasing customers' awareness of the issue, Western Union is used for internet fraud by scammers"

And an Ebay financial agent.. WTF is that? Do they even exist? Sorry you lost your money mate but not everyone in this world is honest.. GL with finding them and getting your money back

thats f**ked man....

but seriously gimps is right ur obviously not the full can of coke .,...

forget about it the cash is gone and that ugly as f**k r33 probs has been sold a couple of times by now...

Why don't you upgrade to a GTR... I have one I will sell you for only $5,000 as I have gone overseas and I got a company car (2011 R35 GTR) at my new job. It is immaculate and drives perfect with registration until 1 April 2013 (I prepay mine for 3 years). Please email my agent in Australia as I am now based in England (Nigeria), but you cannot call me as my phone has problems with international calls. Email works perfectly though. I'm too busy at work to use the landline as I work in a specialist film development laboratory.

Please email my agent, Juan Scamoff via suckerborneveryminute@easymoney.com and wait for the confirmation email with detailed instuctions on how to complete the transaction and their moneyback guarantee offer of a full refund if you are not satisfied with the vehicle in anyway after it hs been delivered to you.

The car is at the agents storage and appointments take 3-4 weeks to process...so it is best to send the car to you first. But rest assured that their money back guarrantee will ensure that your money is safe if you are not happy with the car once you receive as I have paid them an upfront payment of $10,000 as part of this guarantee.

My agent is waiting for your email with great anticipation...guaranteed.

BAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!

Hi any one want 2 sell there R33 but i got no money but i can pay you off but no more den $5500

If it weren't so serious, I'd laugh.

If it weren't late at night, and you've turned the lights off, and you're trying to rest your head on your pillow, and your thoughts inside your cranium still spin with "SH!T SH!T SH!T", you'd laugh too.

Actually, I'd love to read a story about "scamming back the scammer". Are there any out there?

So he obviously thinks the scammers are on here.. Pretending to be his dad buying the car for his dying son.. How stupid.. They aren't on here.. They also don't have feelings as they robbed you of your money..

ps. Go learn proper english

    • My stuff is all with Shannon's, granted, I don't really have imports I'm driving on the road, however, I've had multiple cars at the same time with them. Presently we have the Landcruiser on laid up cover, Sarah's Kluger on full cover, and the house insured. About 18 months ago Sarah wrote her Subaru Liberty GTB off, insured with Shannon's, and the payout, and buy back of the wreck was super quick. In 2020 we had the VF Commodore totalled in a major hailstorm. Storm was on the Saturday, I called on the Sunday and lodged it, vehicle was towed on Tuesday night, assessment team called on Wednesday to say it was a total loss and get payout details, money was in the bank on Thursday morning. Have had a few other claims both at fault, and not at fault, over the years, and never had an issue with them.   Funnily enough, they're also the cheapest insurer I find for things like Sarah's Kluger.   I will say I'm less impressed dealing with them lately around "the experience", as a lot of their staff that you deal with aren't car enthusiasts. Shannon's has a much more main stream feel ever since they decided to become "big corporate", laid a heap of staff off, and then hired a bunch of non enthusiasts. At the same time they've been making a push to be less "call us and we'll personally have someone who cares help" to "hey, this computer can do stuff for you" and are trying to get more square pegs to fit round holes. (That's just the vibe I get from them). Again, have had no issues with claims with them, but get a bit of a "less personal" feel from them.
    • A thing I wasn’t happy with with enthusiast was during the initial phone call they told me they’d insure it for 130k but needed photos.   I then sent them photos and they told me $80k as there were other cars either similar modifications available for around that price, I told them to send me the links to said cars so that I can buy them. i then sent the modification list with prices of the parts (no labor) and the price then came to 115k, which is still shy of the 130 that was agreed in the initial phone call
    • Ask me a bit later this week before payday
    • I agree that delayed payment probably isn't the most suitable solution. It seems a solid complete transaction would be best. As I wouldn't be using this sale as a line of credit that would typically earn interest, we can probably arrange a much cleaner single transaction deal. I can do $92.52 today. Would you prefer EFT, or Cash on Pickup?  😛
    • Oh man what a deal.... Funny enough (well not really) I sold a car to some old dude (buying for his Daughter) on a Saturday, He asked if she could take the car now and pay me the money on Monday as the bank wasn't open. Needless to say I told them to come back with the cash or get f**ked! Luckily the money seemed to magically appear in his pocket a few minutes later, so it all ended well (for me).
