Reseting Ecu

Hey Guys,

I searched but could not conclusively find the answer on how to reset the M35 ECU.

Is it just a matter of unpluggin the battery and discharge any stored power?

Overnight will definitely work, not sure how long it takes though.

search for the ecu reset for M35 and V35. its the same procedure. hard to get at first, but pretty easy to do

Reason for reset is to clear AFM error, which died after only 2 months. I will post more details about this soon...

is that the switch where your knees are on the drivers side.. kind of stuck to the otherside of that cover thing

an AFM error will clear itself after about a week and 20-30 successfull starts. mine just cleared itself when i turned on the ignition with the AFM disconnected. now its fine again.
