Lamborghini/ferrari/pagani Museum Tour

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

After seeing this thread (http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Italy-Factory-Tours-t342860.html) I decided to detour to Italy on the way back home.

Thanks goes to http://www.motorstars.org/ for organising such an awesome tour!

Also had a 30min spin of the Ferrari 458italia which was unbelievable.

Less chat; Here are the pics.

Definitely something which must be done when visiting Europe. Flights and accomodation in Bologna, Italy is affordable so real easy to drop by

Enjoy!

God_speed and myself have many happy memories of the...

Lamborghini Museum at Santagata Bolognese

Maserati Service Centre at Modena

Ferrari Museum at Maranello

All the 3x above are within 40 mins an hour of each other in a triangle

I missed out on that Pagani Museum.

Also missed out on Ducati which is also in Modena somewhere.

A suggested drive tour I'd recommend for car fanatics would be...

* pm flight from Australia > Vienna > Bologna arriving in the morning

* Hire car from Bologna > Lamborghini Museum at Santagata although there is a 2nd museum not too far away that includes the tractors > stay at Modena

* 2x days in Modena > Pagani + Ducati + Maserati Museums

* 1x day at Ferrari Museum just a bit south in Maranello + test track + Ferrari shop

* Drive north-west up through Milan > Lakes District > Stelvio Pass > Munich.

* Drive north-east to Bavaria > BMW Museum

* Drive E-N-E to Stuttgart > Porsche + Mercs

* Drive north to Cologne > Nurburgring

Thanks for the pics > Happy Memories

Has the Lambo Museum still got...

* that audio segment with the Diablo fanging itself around a track?

* big windows overlooking the factory?

haha sounds like an epic trip!

The lambo factory tour was closed due to the production of the 2011 lambo happening and they didnt want to leak the design etc

Did not see any windows in the museum (unless it was covered up for the above reason)
