Adjustable Inlet Cam Wheel On Rb25 Vct

I spotted these inlet cam wheel adaptors for sale. I guy in NZ makes them ($50)

They convert the VCT VVT on Rb25det inlet cam wheel to make it adjustable by reversing the bolts around so it can be adjusted without pulling it all apart

Has anyone used these?

Does it work?

Is it worth it?

yep the stock gear is adjustable, you just can't do it without pulling it all off and apart

ive got a modified set on my car and we gained 0rwkw everywhere

the best position, is the factory setup where they are

yep only benefit is with aftermarket cams.... and even then some require work to refit the vct anyway.

Only on exhaust side. A few people have experimented with inlet - waste of time.
