Ogura Clutch Super Light Flywheel

Hey ppls.

I'm going to buy one of those Ogura Super Light Flywheels, and I have checked the website takakaira and it only lists versions for the R32 and the R33 RB25DETT engines and they have different part numbers.

Are they the same?

I have an R-34 GT-t so I'd like to make absolutely certain that I can get the right one.

Anyone know if the flywheels are the same in all three or are they all different??

sorry cant help but i would suggest emailing or calling the company that supply the flywheel when ordering. Have you found any prices for the r33?

i have a feeling that the r33 and 34 box are the same its just the engine that changed slightly.

post up when you find out if they are, could be usefull info in future as there are more and more 34's getting around oz. sorry i couldnt help more.

As a alternative, try Direct Clutches in Brisbane on 3862 2680

They build their own, weigh 6.5kg for $440 for a rb25det R33

They should now about r34's.

the ogura weighs only 4.8kg ( lighter = better).

The R34 GTT has runs the same engine and trans as the R33 so just get one of those.

Does anybody in Melbourne have a Skyline with a light weight flywheel who would be interested in letting me drive their car around a car park for 1 minute.

I don't want to 'test drive' anybody's car, I just want to see what the flywheel is like during gear changes etc. as I need to drive customers around in my car and I need to 'play' with one to see if it's suitable.

Any takers??

R34 is pull type clutch.Dont even bother pricing a pull type you need to get a conversion kit so you can fit a push type.i have an osgiken twin plate and flywheel out of HPI-34T.by far the best up grade i have done.
