S2 Front Rotors + Pads (questionable)

hey all

have some S2 rotors and pads i originally bought from Ruby

apparently only 62,000 km's old

however, my mechanic refused to machine them, noting they had rust and hot spots etc. and also noted pads weren't in the best shape

your mechanic may have a different opinion, so you are welcome to try your luck
