I really like the factory rims. Its just a pity their offset aint enough to fill the guard.

Anyone ever done this? is it feasible? where to get the spacers?

No; most people replace the rims, yes, try just jap. Spacers are not my favourites tho'

I have seen an M35 with stock rims spaced out and it looks way better. But like Dale, Im not so confident about them.

You need some pretty big spacers for those skinny rims, so it will be bolt on spacers with studs to get them out enough.

I know you like them, but you really should look at some wheels with proper widths / offsets. They don't have to be as expensive as you might think.

I think spacers are a temp solution. That being said, I bet there are heaps of SAU people who run them for ages, and haven't had a problem. I think you want "hub centric"? is that right? The otherones are cheap and nasty and will make your wheels fall off your car... promise. :(

IMO these are the best there is, i ran 15mm to widen the front track on the stag before i got stronger offset wheels.

Hub centric rings center the wheel properly and prevent speed wobble. :(

i guess its not ideal.. though i like to keep the car as close to original as possible. i spose best option is to keep an eye out for some ARX 18"s.

Though they wont be cheap. And i hate forking out for 18" rubber. :)

id love to reply to it, but i either cant find the PM section, or its been disabled for me.

anyway can you send the message over at M35stagea.info please? or just email me zei20t at gmail.com

cheers!
