Rbhead unfortunately they didnt come with instructions...but it is a pretty straight forward install... the ones that have bought them had no problems at all....and i will be writing up an install on my car soon on my webpage...

do u still have any sub frame bushes?? are these just for the rears??

mkb - sorry all hicas locks are gone but more on that later.......

B1 Mr Fanny (lol) - yep still do..... im not sure what you mean by the rears....? rear subframe/cradle there are 4 bushes....these goes on both top and bottom of each bush (8 pieces)...essentially joining subframe straight to chassis

so these are esentially just cap onto the existing bushes to fillout and stiffen the subframe? i assumed they were complete bush replacements?? if they are just caps then will they fit onto whiteline bushes?

yes these are to fill in the spaces... works similar to the whiteline pineapples but much more affective....

complete bush replacesments arent very viable for street use....unless you have access to a pressing machine it would take alot of work to get them out and afterwards would be bumpy as hell

also again im not sure what you mean.....if you have the whiteline subframe bushes (pineapples) installed already then these wont be able to fit over that..
