What would be the advantage of Nismo Gearbox Mounts?

No it doesn't. I helped out putting in the mounts into the Silvia. Basically loosen the nuts for the mounts, unhook the exhaust (might not have too), and jack the block up from underneath. Remove the old mounts then wrestle for 30 mins getting the new ones in. Because the new ones aren't compressed, you have to use something (crowbar or big screwdriver) to lever the engine over when putting the mounts back in. Gearbox mounts are much easier. This was done on a drive on hoist too btw.
