turbo manifold adaptors for external wastegate setup on standard manifold. are these any good would you recommend these

Useless on standard manifold, and on most aftermarket manifolds, they sit the turbo too high/far out. Don't skimp out bro, sell your current manifold and buy an external gate manifold with the right flange to suit...
