Air Hose With Spark Plug Fitting?

Im after one of those air hoses which screw into the spark plugs like the compression testers have but I cant find the hose on it own anybody know of where you can get them from?

I have seen them made out of an old plug, or you could make one on a lathe. Otherwise just buy a cheap compression tester and cut the hose?

Got a mate who's good at bronzing? Smash the guts out of an old spark plug (be sure to get ALL the porcelain out so it doesn't go into the cylinder), then get them to bronze the air line fitting to the metal section of the spark plug. Made one for doing valve stem seals at work, works a treat!
