What Hose To Use On Catch Can

got myself a catch can and I had planned on hooking it up with, yep, garden hose but on reading old PI magazines and deciding not to do it half assed, I thought I better get proper hose that will resist the heat that you can get in an engine bay.

So, what brand/name/type etc of hose should I hook it up with. Keeping in mind that value for money is just as important.

I use the clear hose that has the metal spiral inside. I like to see if im getting any blow by.

What ever you use make sure its for oil, not all hose are.

Visit your local Pirtek / Enzed store and get the oil-resistant hose.

Thanks. I was in KTS today and found some HKS hose for it so Im gonna order 2m of that soon

if u want something cheap, theres a joint near my work in seaford that sells red oil res hose for 7 bucks a meter, very good value.

i have been using braided hose of course

it oil resistant and the brand is speed flow

its a bit expansive through

+1 for the pirtek general-use oil resistant hose, thats what i hooked my greddy catch can up with and it hasn't warped/deformed at all after 8+ months of use. looks the goods as well with some nice fittings
