People With 3.5" Zorsts

guise, what are you using for rear mufflers these days? i want to change mine but cant find shit for 3.5" in/out sizes.... i have an xforce one and it sounds deep and basically like ass, i want something louder with more of a note.

i found out that magnaflow have a 3.5" in/out straight through ovel muffler, they are a bit costly new so i just want some other options before going for it.

note, must be straight through. canon or ovel muffler i dont care.

HKS Hi Power, my old 33 GTR had these 3.5" from cat back, all way to cannon with 4.5" tip from memory.

Was told it sounds tough.

it depends what you want, if you want it louder an oval muffler isnt what you are after.

haha thats what ive been using for the past few years, good on most applications can be a bit restrictive of real big hp stuff but generally ok.

If you want loud run a oval mid (str8 through) and resonator @ the rear

apexi USA sell the N1 cannon muffler on its own. 90mm inlet, and it retails for around 280AUD. biggest issue is postage to australia.

I have one of the Magnaflow 4" in/out oval mufflers, sounds great on boost, quite loud and has a deep idle. I only have a 3" system too.. hardllyyy any drone and its my only muffler.

Mine came with a big Trust cannon (connected to a straight through titanium exhaust), sounds insane when the car hits boost.

On the downside it is quite loud, makes peoples ears bleed and heads explode

Apexi N1 cannon is on the end of the 3.5" system on my 32, mate has the same setup on his GTS4, they sound mint.

I'm using a 3.5" Veilside JASMA exhaust for my GTR which originally has a large mid muffler and a medium rear, ditched the mid muffler and it now sounds spot on!

i did some measuring this afternoon, on an R33 you can fit a 16" x 8" x 5" centre in offset out middle muffler and leave reasonable ground clearance. the rear muffler can be 16-18" x 12" x 8"

Go the RSR straight through with a resonator, the neighbors will hate you and you wont be flying under the radar but it has the most evil note of any GTR I've had. See the police, clutch in and roll, have not had a problem in years.....

It spits flames and we all need that...
