Wtb: R32 Stock Intercooler, Suspension And Exhaust

After some standard r32 parts as i'm returning my car to standard. i need:

Stock side mount intercooler with piping ------- trade plus cash for front mount with full piping in excellent condition

Stock exhaust ----------------------------------------- trade plus cash for my full 3" exhaust with magnaflow muffler

Stock springs and suspension ------------------- trade for my standard shocks with lowered king springs

got the intercooler and suspension, just need exhaust now. i have a standard dump pipe so from front pipe back
