Removing the Front Bar and Rear Bumper from an R33 Series 2

As the topic says I'm looking at removing the Front Bar and Rear Bumper from an R33 Series 2 for respray, can anyone help me out with a little description mebbe of what to undo and where to get it off in the most suitable fashion ?

Front Bumper

First remove the grill, there are 4 small clips on the back of the grill, you might need some needle nose pliers, pop the grill out then you are ready. Under the grill there are two clips for the bumper, push a screwdriver or something similar into the centre of each and they will pop out, there are also another two on the underside in the middle section above the number plate.

There are two bolts each side that screw the bar into the front quarters, one is at the edge of the bar right at your front wheel, the other is about 25 cms along towards the headlights, you will need to remove the splash tray to see these clearly.

also underneath the front bar you will see two bolts on each side connecting the lower splash tray the to bottom of the bar. Remove these also.

Havent taken the rear bar off. Hope this helps
