Im having trouble finding a dump flange/pipe that would suit. Sorry if these have been covered already, this thread is huge

I've just heard that if your running high boost with these turbos you need to upgrade the h/duty thrust bearing to a better quality one. apparently the evo guys are doing this if running over 18psi. It already comes with a hd thrust washer but they say the quality isn't that great for higher boost levels.

Any thoughts or experience on this guys? Since I haven't fitted it yet I can upgrade it if need be.

Because the boost falls over at the top it seems inconsistant with boost creep as creep should keep climbing all the way to redline. But 38mm is right on the limit.

What im saying is use te boost controller to try and run 18psi solid from 4 to redline. If he had not control at all with the boost then the boost controller lines are back to front

So, has anyone else noticed the emergence of KAMAK on ebay, other than our beloved Kando Dynamic range?

There's an AUS distributor selling them for about 3x the price of what Eiji does. He advertises they are balanced to 100,000 rpm but Eiji states 150,000 - both on a VSR machine.

One thing that is weird is the KAMAK branded items are running some sort of weird 9 blade turbine wheel and are boasting improved response and top end flow. I'm not sure if I'm sold here..... Anyone want to share an opinion?

Also, here is a genuine trust turbo with one of those horrible housings.

What were they thinking....

Turbine looks similar to what stao used in my SS1PU

Hey guys.

Bit of a noob with turbo specs etc (ar's housings etc mean nothing to me).

I am after a internally gated turbo that I can put on a stock manifold and I was recommended to look in to Kando turbos. I have no idea what all the different specs mean.

But long story short, I am after a responsive turbo and looking at around 230 to 250 kw.

Is

The one I want?

What does "Cover outlet needs to be modified with silicon hose." mean.

Sorry if noobish questions.

Thanks guys.
