Looks nothing like the external Vband housings I usually modify for external gates off the housing. Why do you have your heart set on a 39mm PT gate? I can get Turbosmart gates pretty cheap atm...

Nothing inherently wrong with the rotating bits. The housings are likely to be physically small and not capable of flowing what the wheels can push. They do build turbos with housings more commonly fitted to those wheels.

If you want "bolt on" Kinugawa then maybe look at the TDO6SL2-20G.

retune on 25psi i made 510atw with around 570nm. wonder what a billet wheel upgrade would achieve !

570nm sounds low, are you sure that is correct?

yeah running a freddy manifold, short runners dont do it any justice. plazaman would do wonders for torque and long stock runners.
