Hey guys now maybe the reason ive been ignored before is because i dont have a skyline yet. Well I do plan on bloody buying one and your answers would be a big help to helping me work out how much this is going to cost me.

Anyway how must boost can a stock r32 gtst type m run on a stock turbo?

standard boost for the R32 GTST is 12psi

the max you would want to run would be 14psi

even 14psi is probably a risk, if the turbocharger fails (ceramic wheel lets go) it can put the engine at risk

so not only will the turbocharger fail, but it can require an engine rebuild to

some users run 14psi day in day out no problem, some even 16psi etc

so its all a calculated risk vs consequences really

Is that 12psi stock boost settings though or on a stock turbo boosted up.

I always thought that the gtst ran 7 psi like the silvia and 180
