what is a standard rb20det spring rated at? 10psi?

i'm guessing that the spring that i use would be relatively stiff?, i suppose its just best if i fiddle with some springs from the local shop...

what form of measurement are springs rated on, whats equivalent to 3-5psi.

Hi Dayna, springs are rated in psi. If you go to your local spring supplier (yellow pages) they catalogue springs by dimensions (length and diameter) and spring rate.

Hi jay95r33, I have done the RB20DET actuator on RB25DET turbo a couple of times, works a charm.

SydneyKid does the RB20DET bolt straight onto the standard mounting brackets, and were do I get one?

Yes and I took mine off the RB20DET turbo I had lying around not being used when we put the hi flowed RB25DET turbo on it. The other one came from GCG, they also had it lying around as no one seemed to want it, everyone wanted the nice shiny RB25DET ones. Maybe I should have kept my mouth shut, now they are gunna get hard to find "lying around".
