What To Do In Alice?

So the missus has just informed me that she needs a holiday and has booked us a flight to the middle of nowhere to visit family... i really wanted to drive there but it was a last minute decision by the boss

Will be there over xmas new years period anything that i shouldn't miss out on while I'm there, Ive been told it gets pretty dead as everyone leaves to go visit relys Etc.

But Im stuck there for 10 days so will need some entertainment to prevent the relys from driving me crazy.

How longs it take to drive to that big rock can u get there and back in a day..Anything else worth seeing..

Doesnt matter missus is in hospital now so trips cancelled..

Cool so the missus got out just in time to take the trip up here and I now understand why no-one has taken the time to reply..

There is just so much going on here, there is a dust festival on, plus a sunbaking and fly swatting contest and the shopping centre is so busy that most have closed their doors, Im guessing they couldnt handle the Xmas rush..

The Gap View hotel gets pretty exciting around 2pm but dies off just as quick, and the cue at the Drive thru bottle-O was a record breaker im sure, im talking down the street here..Bojangles wasnt half bad either and I tried my first NT draught here and well, it definately tasted like beer

Apparently theres a big rock and some desert parks (not sure what that means yet but i guess it is a desert with swings) out here somewhere thats about the most exciting thing to do so maybe i should go do it..

NB..i have seen a white soarer a blue wrx and a black rx7 but no skylines....

Dude it's too hot here to do anything at the moment. I live here and have a R32 GTR with 520kw at wheels and a R33 GTR with 330kw at wheels. Probabably about 7 GTRs in town including my two. Also my missus drives a blue WRX, heaps of WRxs in town (probably 30 or so) Most peole here drink XXXX too mate.

yeah all i did was sit around and drink piss for 8 days, then drove out to the rock and back..

XXXX was probably the only thing i didnt drink
