Taillight Relay

Lads,

relay for the taillight, located roughly under the boot latch.

Its roughly 1 x 2 inchs in size and black.

Any other cars relay compatable with the ceffys one?

Isnt that one the fuel pump relay ? Just check the numbers and pin formation - color doesnt matter.

I've got a bunch of spare relays off my halfcut, take some pics of yours and I'll see what I've got.

I know the one in the boot is the same as the ones under the dash @ fuse box.

pretty sure the long black one near the boot latch is central locking, the green relays in my ceffy are the same as the r32, not 100% if codes are the same but the relays run in the same circuit as on the diagram

nah its deffinately for the taillights, pulled it out, no taillights but everything else works.

Did a test on it, suspected to be faulty.

Confirmed its shithouse when I plugged it into 'kriss" ceff today.

Have officially found the problem with my taillights

Oh, and S13's dont have that relay

ok. well i think the r32 should have the long black relay your on about
