Knock Noise

hay guys,

ive had a knocking noise for bout 3 weeks and havent been able to figure out were it is comming from.

i had pillow ball mounts, so i changd them to rubber mounts,

and the shock is brand new.

not to sure where i should start looking.

any ideas,

it only happens when the left hand side is fully extended.

could it be the mount that the strut sits on is flogged and i need to shim it???

I'm having the same thing happen to me in the front left of my stagea

seems to happen more when i go from reverse right hand down to drive (just when the load would shift from back to front)

thought it might be bodywork related but cant see it rubbing anywhere

I had a knock for ages that I couldn't find. Turned out the subframe bolts were a little loose. Such an easy fix after having changed various mounts and joints. Only takes 5 mins to check
