Hi, despite trolling through all the info on xenon globes a cant seem to find any info on how to actually remove /replace them on a m35.

Has anyone done it?

Is it a simple job or is as a friend of mine suggested ,like the v35 which apparently took him 2-3 hours to do.?

I'd appreciate any assistance.

remove the front wheel and take out the inner guard.

thats the easiest way IMO

i have removed the airbox and done it from the top, and the other side only needs some things moved around to get your hand in there. V35 owners seem to be all sooks :P

be a man and get some cuts and scrapes.

i found it easier from the top just to take the air box out. even in the ARX being lifted, I CBF trying to pull the inner guards.

All i hade to move on the other side was the window washer bottle n radiator over flow.

Iaaiaiaiaiaiaian I have to admit, it is a bitch of a job to do on the V35 becuase of the angle the lights are on. My sister is a sook n made me do it on hers. but if it takes you 3 - 4 hours? maybe they fell asleep for about 3 and a half hours while doing it.

Oh the thing you might be asking about; Theres a grey coloured cover on the back of the headlight, you have to turn it and 'pop' it out, your Xenon is the metal thing there. its not hard to take out from there..

make sure its cold though, xenons heat up alot. i learnt the hard way lol

good to hear you did it graham! its not all that difficult, especially when you have done it a few times.

also, dont buy cheap chinese burners from ebay, they start failing to ignite after about a year.............
