i would suggest you don't buy another shell you not 100% on.

I replaced a bent cefiro shell with a shell that i was under the impression was in ok condition after a rear quarter replacement. was bitterly disappointed it was a lemon.

if your that pedantic that your replacing the shell because of bad paint i would stay clear of damaged sills and rails as you will never be happy with it.

mostly any thing is repairable, although panel beaters may charge a bit too much compared to others that have done similar work on a regular basis

questions to ask is the chassis straight and not twisted, it can be dented but the structure still be straight or vise versa

I'd stay clear of this.

Chassis rails can often be cut and boxed (ie resectioned)
