Reporting A Member

I have gone into the relevent for sale topic http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/346507-gtr-parts-and-tough-good-offsett-wheels/page__p__5578951#entry5578951 and have clicked "report" also gone int othe members profile and clicked report, either way there is an error to say that it cannot be established what I am trying to report, and will not allow me to go any further... Either way, if this is working or not, how do I report RB26DEBT, have paid money etc, promised goods would be sent 10 days ago, have not had contact since, I have sent 2 PMs, and a Message on FB (http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/profile.php?id=100000420664848). I am giving 14 days (Thursday allowing for public holidays) before submitting a police report. Is there anything in the way of IP information etc which can be supplied to make life easier for me when approaching the police? Also any suggestions as to the best way to go forward, thanks for your help Guys, no rush, but by Thursday would be great.
