Whilst swapping my pod filter back to the stock airbox i somehow managed to snap two of the screws sockets on the tip of the AFM, i managed to seal it to the box pretty tight but have a feeling air still going through possible gaps. I want to buy one of those second hand ones of ebay, most them are shown as pink label Rb25DET, are these ok to use on a Rb25de ?, little to no knowledge on AFM's.

from memory the natro and turbo AFMs are the same, so as long as you get the right model (3 wire or 4 wire) then it should be ok.

also, what bit did you actually break? i'm just trying to figure out which bit you broke and whether you could work around it

a little bit of an air leak on the airbox side of the afm wont matter, aslong as no dirt/sand/babies etc get in there. the air is still metered so it wont cause any issues.

unless you mean the other end (engine side) of the afm, in which case a leak is bad.
