good question! I've converted a few 33 gtr ones to push, very easy. unbolt the front cover from a push box and bolt it onto a pull box (new gasket needed). tap 2 holes (available on the casing) for the slave cylinder, and off you go!

but the 34 will probably have a different front plate for the geabox.

i now have this gearbox and wanting to do the same thing.

i checked nissan fast and it looks like the front plate and bellhousing can come off without messing up the internals of the box.

ill check fast tonight to see if the front plates are the same, if not ill have to ring nissan and see what they have availible to buy ....

then tap/die and bolt on .....

From the reading I did when doing my manual conversion you'll need to swap over the bellhousing to change from pull to push.

There may be some pointers in this thread: http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/139916-diy-r34-manual-conversion-using-r33-parts/

It might be tidier to sell the clutch and buy a pull type. That way you could onsell the old 33 box too.

Here is pic of how R34 GTR 6speed box with push kit os giken setup look like it to push triple plate os giken clutch

Just for the record this os giken clutch is loud.... when car is in neutral it sound like r35 gear box and twice louder but once you push the clutch it go away.. and when in gear.

Cheers
