Just a quick question. I'm going to be running 1 O2 sensor on the dump pipe on my soon to be single turbo R32 GTR. The dump pipe is off an R33 GTR but will be modified to work on an R32 GTR. The bung that's on there is to suit an R33 GTR O2 sensor.

Can I buy an R33 GTR O2 sensor and fit it and have it plug and read correctly on my 32R? I'm going to be using an Apexi Power FC D Jetro for my ECU.

Thanks

yes BNR32 PowerFC is same PowerFC for BCNR33

the only difference is the 02 sensor type, as BNR32 from memory is titania, and BCNR33 is zirconia (forget which is which). Under ETC, FUNCTION SELECT you need to identify which one you have by setting 02 SENSOR REGISTER. read the powerfc in my signature to work out which one is which and set it and away you go. also make sure you duplicate the output signal to both 02 inputs on the PowerFC, ie make sure 02-1 and 02-2 under ETC, SENSOR SW CHECK have a working value

Forget the O2 all together.

Mine aren't even enabled... would get 500km/tank on the freeway given I managed 420km today and it was on 1/4 :)

Infact the GTSR doesnt have them enabled either and i can easily get 550km/tank on FWY and around 400 around town (bit lighter giving advantage there)

Thanks for the great info guys. I would prefer to have an O2 Sensor working in there tbh. Last question, how should I wire up both the cables so that both O2 signals get the same and accurate readings from the one O2 sensor to the ECU?
