hey guys-i looked through the first 70/80 pages in this part of the forums and couldnt find anything about it so thought id ask here...own a '95 S2 r33 gtst and was just wondering if anyone has put in spacers/washers of some sort to raise the rear of their bonnet to help with venting radiant heat off the top of the engine. im looking to raise the rear by only about 10mm. and if you have-what did you find fit best?-ill probably go perving around bunnings / clark rubber in the mean time to find a result myself and if no ones come up with anything ill add what ive found myself...cheers.

Raising the rear of the bonnet will vent hot air when you are stopped, BUT, when you are driving it is a high pressure zone which will cause the engine compartment to pressurise which will affect the cooling as the air going through the radiator will have trouble passing through.
