Just picked up a cargo net from slippylotion.

Really thrilled to go to fit it and find that Northshore have put the child anchor points in line with the rear cargo net mount :domokun:

Dunno whether to call Ben and tell him (at least they won't do it to anyone elses), remove them or just not worry about it.

Look nice Jase and I see you went with KU31's.

What size rims did you get?

Yeah ended up going with them in the end after you were talking about the wheel bearing. From all accounts they seem to be a good value to performance trade off. If they are noisy I'll just have to deal with it.

Ended up going for 19x9.5+20 after speaking with Chris (spoolin12). Seems like pretty safe fitment - any further and it's hassles.

Ryan, those mounts should be in the same position as mine, they should all be fitted in regs with the evidence pack from RAWS.

I'll check it again in the light of day, because the pole didn't seem to be telescoping right either.

That's the idea to be honest. I love Japanese cars but our good friends in the police force don't, so I'm trying to make this car look as tough as I can without attention from the boys in blue. Euro all the way.

I like em... Varrstoen make a wheel like those.

What make are they?

What tyre size did you go with?

Avants. Tricky to get though.. I saw the Varrstoens but they weren't concave enough for my liking. Or the other ones had the dish which wasn't for me.

There are a few others. Monotec I think they are called. And then Aluflugens I think.

As per spoolin's recommendation, 245/40's. I think from memory 265/35 would have been ideal rolling diameter but maybe lacked the minimal amount of stretch that mine have (really it is barely noticeable, you have to look hard to see it)

Got a spare key coded this morning. Mine is keyless entry/start - so cannot be programmed with the lock door procedure. Hornsby Nissan did it - $178.60 for the remote (without emergency key, as its not needed) and $134 for the code (about 1hr labour charge I think)

So, spare key - $312.60, pretty good I think.

Lol... yeah- thats going to be cheap compared to what I'm going to fork out over the next few months!

Need a spare key really- I have heard some horror stories about the cost of keys, up to $800! Its blatant rip offs I think. Plus, tow truck from teh edge of bum f nowhere would be far more painful!

If only it was as simple as the door lock coding thing! Trust me, I tried it, before I contacted Chris Rodgers. Your pretty much stuffed if you don't have the Nissan system.

After seeing slippy's wheels tonight I think I'm going to go that way... 18x9 +30s, right?

Perfect stance to me with those 45 profile tyres!

Yep, thats the sizes. Im happy with them and the look.

How did you go with the cargo net fitting?

I need to sell my C34 cargo barrier net. Never used it in 75-odd months Ive owned the Stagea.

Nothing new with my stagea - have no idea when the bottom end will be ready & engine reinstalled. :(
