Ok pretty much everytime it rains or I wash my car my car decides to run on 5 cylinders.. I'm guessing this is cause water is getting on the sparkies?? But how? Everything is sealed and there's no cracks or anything ( that I can see ).

I do however have an exhaust leak, I doubt that would matter??

Any help would be great,, this is doing my head in arrhh >.<

Thanks for the info, it misses even if it's fairly cool tho.. It only does it when I wash it or it rains, then it appears to clear up and run normal after say 100km

:( hopefully I can find out what's doing this, when i get spare time I'll check out the coil packs and sparkies.

yeah check the spark plugs as well as the coils for signs of cracks, etc. if it does it when it is cool, etc as well then it could be that either the gap in the plugs is too big for the condition of the coils (weaker coils need a smaller gap) or that the coils are arking out or getting blown out as more dense air/fuel is harder to combust.

Sweet as, I'll check that out when iget sum spare time,, if it still continues I'll repost on this topic forsum more ideas lol

And yea that's my car, it's a stock bonnet so there's no holes or whatever in it.
