i replaced the standard clutch in my gtr about 4 months ago.

right being a tight arse i put in a standard on so to my supprise after about 10 launches and 3000k's the ***n stupid pos is slipping

i run standard everything eg boost all i have is a 3 inch zorst

now i have to spend two hours of my life changing the clutch ***

anyone know of any cheap balistic clutches going around or do i just bite the bullet and put the twin plate in

Dr drift is using a cermic single plate clutch and it seems to be holding up to his abuse and when I say abuse I mean abuse.

If it is the same 9 bolt clutch as the RB25DET then I picked up the pressure plate for $99 at East Coast Auto Parts in Ringwood, Melbourne. It is a heavy duty reconditioned PBR part and I used a standard RB30ET friction plate

Total $175

It has held probably about fifty 4,500RPM hard launches in the past few weeks without a sign of slipping but I figure it will only last me six months if I drive it this way
