hey im just wondering if someone can give me some help i own a r33 4 door manual turbo love the car apart from this problem, when i drive the car normal its fine but if i decide to put the foot down flat out as soon as i get to about 4 thousand rpm the car develops a miss firing issue of some sort i have gapped my plugs to .8 and stil have the issue.

the only other problem is it only does it when the air is cooler on a hot day the car seams to be fine any help would be muchly appreiciated

It could be coilpacks, bad earth, ecu(Rich & Retard) and/or a myriad of other things.

Sorry i cant offer any more help than that at the moment.

ok cheers someone else suggested coil packs as well so may have to give that a go. just seams werid that its doing it every know and then but cheers

Its not weird - they do fail in that way. If money's tight, you can use silicon or tape to try and repair them
