Hi guys, in need of some quick info here. I have tried searching but since the site upgrade, it only seems to show results from threads which have been updated SINCE the upgrade.

Anyway, I'm still in the process of diagnosing the problem, but it's seeming like my R33 S1 turbo is on it's way out.

I can pick up an R34 stock turbo for pretty cheap, just need to make sure it's a direct swap. I'm 99% sure it is, but I still don't quite know enough to be sure. I'm not expecting any increase of anything, rather just a replacement. Although what would the larger OP6 rear housing mean for me?

Thanks.

yes its a direct bolt on.

larger housing means it will flow more and hence make more power. but to get the most out of it you'd need a tune. they are great turbos for what they are tho

Got a 34 turbo do do my DE+T soonish. Would you know what the stock actuator pressure is? 7psi?

thread dig.

Does anything need to be done/changed with the water or oil lines when putting an r34 gtt turbo into and r33 gtst? and I take it an aftermarket dump/front pipe made to r33 gtst OEM specs will still fit with the 0p6 rear housing?
