Hi All,

On a recent trip to Queensland I met up with the guy that owns the only Paul Newman sedan in Australia and over a beer or 2 we chatted nothing but Nissan for hours on end. I can now add all it's details into my register, so it's complete with all 4 confirmed in Australia.

He took me out to see his "secret stash" and it certainly is a stash. About 30 plus cars, mostly Skylines & 240K's.

Included in this stash lies a genuine S54 Prince Skyline GTB complete with G7 engine and triple carbs, an JDM C210/211 2000 GTEX and of course the HR30 Paul Newman sedan.

This guy is sitting on quite a collection and on his request, it's location will stay a secret and any pics I have will stay unpublished.

It was quite an eye opener.

Cheers, D

Can we make him an offer he cant refuse,.... Did you say a c210/211 JDM GTEX....Only one... ho! how nice.

TEASER

Not really!

Was nothing much to see, but a lot of cars under car covers in an open paddock with grass up over the door sills.

I only took pics of the Paul Newman sedan, as he wouldn't let me take them of the S54 & GTEX.

    • Which bush, where, and how frayed was the surface that you put grease back onto?
    • I'd drool over a HG Kingswood before I'd drool over an NSX. FD absolutely the bets looking. R32 GTR vs A80 Supra fighting for 2nd place, although GTR looks the goods with no mods and an A80 needs at least wheels, lowering, and the right colour to look the best. GTR looks good on stock wheels and in any factory colour.
    • RX7 is better for audio set ups, as you can really hide the subwoofers and also make them sound great with superpositioning strategies. Not to mention, it's a family car. You can take your kids in it (although I wouldn't). NSX is meh.
    • I recently lubed up a dry poly bush that I have, and it squeaked maybe 10km (not 10,000km) after install. I imagine this isn't supposed to happen with poly bushes or any. Piece of shit stuff lol. Used silicon grease from supercheap auto and I definitely put enough in because as I pressed in the bushing, thr grease came out. Anyone else have this issue? I'm considering changing to rubber
    • It looks superior to any 90's JDM car. It is the king of any event, or parking lot, or track day with people that see them in person. You may not like it, but this is the absolute truth any time a NSX shows up anywhere where people's physical eyeballs are at. I've seen rows of people standing in front of R34 GTR's and FD's stop conversation and turn and look at a NSX in envy multiple times.
