3082 Or 3582 For 300Rwkw On Rb25

Hey guys and girls, as the topic says what turbo would you people recommend to get 300rwkw from an rb25? I'm think a 3082 or 3582, but I think a 3582 might be over kill for a small power target like this?, I'm going to be using a z32 afm, nismo or sard 740cc injectors, high mount 6 boost manifold, powr fc, bosch 044, and some custom intercooling pipework. I might also drop in some poncams, Just stuck for choice on the turbo, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
