Is My Steering Wheel An Early Or Late Model Version?

hi all,

here is a pic of the back of my wheel - is it a late or early version?

i also notice on my sunvisor in te 94 gtr info on an SRS airbag...does the later model wheel have an airbag?

i also heard that maybe the later model wheel has hicas sensors & if this is the case, i wouldn't need this function as i have the tomei lock bar kit fitted...im a bit lost on this one HMMMM
