Wheel Offset...tried searching

Ive searched the forums and no thread contained EXACT info i require

I checked out meggalas site on wheel offsets but it doesnt make sense to me

i also checked out takakaira that also doesnt make sense

So i need some help please

Im looking to buy some rims of the internet

The dimensions are as follows:

18 x 8.0

5 x 114.3

Offset = 38

Can i safely spend $$$ on these wheels knowing they'll fit my 1995 Series 1 R33 properly?

Also is their an import tax duty if i import these wheels from america?

i'm assuming you're new to wheel data. so i will explain briefly:

18" = rim diameter

8" = rim width

5 = 5 lug

114.3 = mm of bolt circle centerline diameter

38 offset = distance in mm of inner mounting surface of bolts from true center of rim (negative offsets, for example, tend to be deep-dish)(in this case, the 38 is assumed to be +38).

all of this = yes, it will more than likely fit the R33.
