Clearly your car feels the need for speed and is going into race mode.

That would get annoying after a while, maybe an alarm feature? Any recent changes to the car ?

Sounds like you've got a wire crossed somewhere, especially if it's only boost related and not speed.

Edit: I'd be getting it figured out, if the windows are already up, and you come on boost, the window motor is still trying to kick in, but it will just be burning it out. Fix it before you kill your window motors. It's a noticeable power drain too.

Try this, put one window all the way down, leave the other up. Push BOTH window buttons to put them up, when the actual open window is halfway up, release the button for the window that was always up... Notice how the window going up now goes up quicker... Why is this? The electrics are still putting power through the already wound up window motor, and just burning it out. The same will be happening while you're on boost.
