wont cause any flow problems. aslong as you get a decent joiner on there with a good clamp it should seal alright. my biggest concern would be any other damage caused by whatever hit it hard enough to do that, any idea how it happened?

She'll be right mate...

Wont affect flow at all.

maybe take the comp housing off and give it a straighten, at least so it'll seal with a coupler. Or get some liquid gasket maker (high temp stuff) and fill up the gap while there's a coupler over the inlet.

thanks fellas,

I asked the seller about how it was damaged,he said it was like that when he got it..said comp and ex wheels not contacting housing and spinning freely,

it is a brand new turbo..

another point is i havent confirmed if this thing will fit in low mount position (std manifold) in my car, plenty of rb25/30 refs but i have stagea rb25 4wd eng.will keep digging i guess.

oh its a Holset hx35, 7 blade comp with 12cm ex housing.
