Help..blowing Fuses

I have connected all the wiring up in my car using 4ga to power a DLS CAD15 amp. I have an inline fuse that was 80 Amps but it blew instantly. The manual recommends 160-200amp fuse but no where in Adelaide has them and are surprised its that big in the first place.

Can anyone help me out, am i missing something ?
