Reset timing, and fixed earth at loom, I'm very happy again, thanks for all the pointers guys...

Should earthing pin 60 on the R32 have the same effect? Also, by earthing, do you mean completely cutting the normal wire and directly earthing pin 60 to a chassis point? Or just adding a splice wire?
