I have a urethane gearbox mount for R33/ R34 RWD for sale

it is assembled with modified factory gearbox mount, so you can still retain the exhaust front pipe mount.

the condition is quite new, it helps transmitting power to the rear wheels, so you get less power loss and noticeably better throttle response
