R32 Gtr Power Steering Pump

Hey guys,

Real basic question for an R32 GTR. See attached pic.

Only noticed (after many years lol) I have one of the outlets from the Power Steering Pump blocked off.

Where does this normally go to? Would this have been HICAS?

Yep R32s have mechanical HICAS which is powered by the PS pump

Did you remove the vanes out the back section of the pump to? i might try this mod out

I'd use copper washers, not o-rings. nice and tight.

yes, unbolt the back cover, and remove the small metal plates that act as vanes on the rear pump stage. then bolt it all back together....if you don't remove the vanes it will die quickly
