Will This Fit?

hey

got an R33 series 2 just wondering if the 52mm radiator will fit in with the clutch fan? or will i have to get a thermo set up ?

I'm not trig to be downer but do you need a 52mm radiator? The stock radiator is fine for decent power levels and some of the larger radiators keep the temps a bit low when street driven. I'd only consider a 52mm if your going to be racing

i have a normal radiator but when i go drifting it has just recently started to overheat very quickly so i have recently just bought a 52mm but havnt tried to install it as yet

I spoke to PWR about a 52mm radiator and they suggested if it wasn't for track then they wouldn't recommend it on the street as you need to have enough road speed to get the air through it. I guess drift won't have the same sort of road speeds as track, so you may have the same issue. And on the GTR a 52mm needs to have the fan modified to fit, don't know about GTS.

yea the stock radiator really is far more capable than most people give it credit for. did you check the thermostat? have you pressure tested the cooling system? eliminate the head gasket? you need to do these things to first determine exactly what is causing the problem otherwise you will waste a lot of money replacing parts that have nothing wrong with them in the first place.

As above. Putting a new radiator in may drop temps but could just end up masking another problem that will end up much worse

yeah i gotta get it all checked out properly i havnt had time to go through a full check on the car but hopefully this weekend i will get some time
