After seeing those photo's i'll say it again... that's sketchy! If that clutch has done about 15-20,000k's as you say those pucks should show a lot more wear than that. I think jim needs to stop stingeing on the quality of the button material he uses.

Clutch has failed again this time after 1000km while pulling into my street. Am I seriously one of the only people who jim's clutches don't want to work for?

Any ideas on wtf could be wrong? Jim blames contamination for last time and I took his word for it, this time I made sure it was installed exactly to his specifications.

need advice on what could be wrong and what to do with my situation

2 clutch failures in such a short amount of time...... Id change clutch brands personally

Unless you've been doing many hard launches, clutch drops etc, It shouldnt fail that early at all if the flywheel was machined and all parts put in nice and clean (no touching clutch material etc)

Yeah just paid 450 a month ago to get my first one replaced and then had to buy another fly wheel because it burnt through my other one and had to pay machining costs. Not too keen on paying another 450 to get it re built again. Chances of getting money back is slim to none right?

Can't hurt to ask I guess, If not maybe do as suggested and get it rebuilt then sell it for a bit more money

You wont get all your money back but its a start

I like my NPC clutch, its been a great clutch for the 15000 - 20000km its done so far :)
