Pull it off and take it to an exhaust shop and say you want "one of these but shiny" and they will make you a nice stainless one

it's called a compressor outlet pipe....

you have compressor inelet pipe (from afm/filter to turbo), compressor outlet pipe (from compressor outlet to IC piping), obviously turbine outlet/dump pipe, and turbine inlet which is the exhaust manifold.
