speeding fines?

Any speed over 45km over the posted speed automaticly gets charged with:

1. Speeding

2.Dangerous driving.

Because its dangerous driving and above 45km, you will not get a fine in the mail but instead an officer will come to your address and look for the registered owner to hand the fine and also to get a story and explain to you that you will lose your licence and be charge.

when the cop came to my house, my dad and him got along real well chatting away, the cop was admiring my monaro and he said if this was in victoria they would have to take someones licience striaght away. in the photo he showed us (of my car in my dads name) you couldnt see my P plates, and the car was in my drive way with them on when he came. it took 3 weeks from when i got caught to when the cop came over
